In our opinion, summer weddings are all about the destination. Summer time is fabulous in Eureka Springs, particularly at the Crescent and Basin Park Hotels.
So if you’re planning your fabulous summer wedding with us, or if you haven’t decided if you are or not, here are few things that are AWESOME about Eureka Springs as your ultimate wedding destination:
1.The Crescent Hotel
The Crescent Hotel has two beautiful indoor (air conditioned) venues for your ideal ceremony and reception: the Crystal Ballroom and the Conservatory, with capacities for 100 and 250 respectively. There are packages and a la carte rental options for both venues, as well as for the beautiful and well maintained gardens on the front and back sides of the hotel. An outdoor ceremony and indoor reception is perfect for a summer wedding! Find out more about the Crescent Hotel wedding package options here: Crescent Hotel Wedding Packages
2. The Basin Park Hotel
The Basin Park Hotel has three lovely indoor venues for ceremonies and receptions, small and large: the Atrium Room, Ozark Room, and Barefoot Ballroom. There are wedding packages and a la carte venue rentals available for each location. The Atrium and Ozark Rooms are connected and may be rented together or separately for more event space. The skylight ceiling in the Atrium Room and the beautiful stained glass windows that surround the Barefoot Ballroom and adjoining foyer allow one to enjoy the lovely summer time views of Eureka Springs, while also being cool and comfortable inside. 3. Downtown Fun
The most fun really is downtown! Downtown Eureka Springs offers an array of shopping during the day, from art to clothing and everything in between. At night, you will find a variety of night life, and a significant music scene on the weekends. Main Street and Spring Street have much to see and explore. Just stop into the Basin Park Hotel and pick up a Downtown Fun guide to see what’s going on for your guests the week of your special celebration. Maps are available too!
4. Culinary Variety
Good food is what your guests are looking for, and the small town of Eureka Springs provides a culinary experience to compete with towns and cities far larger: farm to table, steakhouse, BBQ, ethnic cuisines, burgers, among others are all available at a moment’s notice!
During busy summer days, you can enjoy a good meal and fun entertainment at the Balcony Bar and Restaurant located in the Basin Park Hotel: Check out this video of Summertime at the Balcony.
Encourage your guests to talk to the concierge at the Crescent Hotel, or stop by the front desk at the Basin Park Hotel and ask about restaurant recommendations, or visit the Eureka Springs Chamber of Commerce located just off of Van Buren Avenue to gather more information.
5. Attractions
The final piece of the puzzle for your Eureka Springs destination wedding might just be the variety of attractions to suit all ages! We have new shows, a variety of tours, a zip line, a wildlife refuge, hiking, swimming, and much more! Check out a list of some of our current attractions below:
